Dark cherries and plum cake plus ...sweet spice. This wine plays on sweeter note but its flavour generosity is perfectly balanced by mulberry like savouriness. Still very cool climate style proving its origin in one of the most elevated Australian vineyards. Ready to entertain right now but few years in the cellar will definitely help the wine to evolve.read moreless

The most inviting nose of pink ma...rshmallow, lavender, purple and white flowers, dried red berries and anise. The palate has the signature blend note of black plums and violets along with black currant syrup, cola and subtle earthy notes of black leather, dried green herbs, gingerbread and black olive. The palate is broader and riper than the previous vintage and the tannin acid structure of the wine, while giving great length and freshness, is still very ripe and mouth watering. The Eloquesta Shiraz Petit Verdot 2015 will improve for 10 years or more.read moreless

Our Shiraz Petit Verdot 2012 wine... has perfume, deep colour and softness. The colour is a deep garnet purple and the nose is filled with spice and sweet floral notes of violets, shortbread, plum confiture and cola.
The palate has a spicy green stem character that’s like olive oil which only teams with the newer French oak to provide support for the elegant juicy berry floral flavours of black fruits and sweet blue and red flower essence. The finish has a distinct aniseed, nougat and biscuit allure which lingers for a minute or more.
