Nose: Apricots, cardamom, white pepper and fresh ginger
Palette: Ginger spice is layered on the palate with mineral sourdough like texture and complex apricot and almond savouriness
Food pairing: Roasted turkey, mild curries, grilled chicken, pad thai

2021 Warner Chardonnay

Region: Beechworth, Victoria
Varietal: Chardonnay 
Nose: Yellow peach, cashew, flinty minerality
Palette: Vanilla, butterscotch, apricot, oak, pear, nougat with a creamy finish
Food pairing: White fish, roasted and grilled chicken, vegetarian terrine, brie

2022 Pooley Estate Riesling

Region: Coal River, Tasmania
Varietal: Riesling
Nose: Lifted florals, apple blossom and jasmine, lime blossom, citrus peel and granny smith apple 
Palette: Sweet citrus, grapefruit and lemon myrtle, mandarin peel, grapefruit with a subtle hint of aniseed with a lingering finish.
Food pairing: Indian and Asian dishes, shrimp, crab, chicken, prawns, snapper fillet

2018 Prince Albert Pinot Noir

Region: Geelong, Victoria
Varietal: Pinot Noir
Nose: Chocolate, cherries and sweet cigar box from the oak barrels.
Palette: Sweet new oak, ripe cherries, textural fruit tannin and spices.
Food pairing: Duck, mushrooms, light roasted meats, hard cheese

2021 Allegiance Artisan Cabernet Sauvignon

Region: Coonawarra, South Australia
Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Nose: Dark blackberry and black cherry fruit aromatics, along with hints ofdried mint, violet florals and some dark chocolate
Palette: Richness of dark berry and cherry fruits, earthy toasted spice characters. Ggood structure, with fine elegant tannins and a lingering finish.
Food pairing: Beef short ribs and other braised beef, steak, roast or grilled lamb, blue cheese

2021 Torbreck The Gask

Region: Eden Valley, South Australia
Varietal: Shiraz
Nose: Dark plum and eucalypt, blackberry emerges, a note of star anise mulberry, cassis, blueberry and cranberry.
Palette: Rich dark plum, liquorice and black cherry fruits engulf the mouth with great opulence. Notions of blueberry, toasty vanillin cedar, fennel, earth and spicy pepper.
Food pairing: Smokey bbq meats, kebabs, venison, bbq eggplant, roast lamb
